Welcome to RC Roy Bridge

Welcome to RC Roy Bridge

Welcome to the Roman Catholic Parish of Roy Bridge, in the heart of the Highlands, nestling in the shadow of the Nevis range of mountains. This parish includes the churches of St. Margaret's, which is the parish church, mass centres at Spean Bridge and Invergarry and the 15th century Cille Choirill church.

The faith was brought to the area in the 7th century by St. Cairell, an Irish monk from Iona, and has been cherished ever since, even during the difficult penal days.

We hope you enjoy your visit to the Braes of Lochaber, as it is referred to locally because of the surrounding hills, and find the mass times convenient for you. Mass times, and directions, can be found in the sections for each of the churches.

You will find our people hospitable and kind and always prepared to be of help in any way they can.

May God bless you, and may you travel safely on our Highland roads.

Thank you for visiting us.
